Sovereign Attendees
Sovereign attendees are not required to pay a registration fee to attend this event. The Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute has full discretion on who qualifies as a sovereign attendee.
In general, sovereign attendees must be employed by any of the following:
- sovereign wealth fund
- public pension fund
- public investment corporation
- central bank
- select governmental branch or agency*
- ministry of finance
- governmental treasury
- state investment corporation
- government investment trust
- official reserve fund
- sovereign wealth enterprise
- other governmental fund
Non-Sovereign Attendees
All non-sovereign attendees are required to pay a registration fee to attend the event.
The Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute reserves the right to review the credentials and employment status of anyone registering for this event. If an individual does not meet our criteria for this registration category, the Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute may impose an additional registration fee.
The registration fee includes event participation, activities, and all meals. It does not include hotel stay.
Privacy Policy & Media
This is a private event. No media or members of the press are allowed.
All attendees may be asked to present photographic identification and/or a business card upon arrival at the Institute Fund Summit 2012 ASIA.
Standard Cancellation Policy
All refund requests must be made in writing to the Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute, Inc, directed via e-mail to our Registration Coordinator at support@swfinstitute.org. Cancellations received on or before August 1, 2012 are eligible for a full refund less a $375 processing fee. Cancellations received between August 2, 2012 and September 5, 2012 are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received after September 5, 2012 are not eligible for a refund. The Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute does not offer credit to future events for the unrefunded portion of the registration fee. If the Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute decides to cancel this event, neither the Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute Inc., nor its affiliated entities, nor its employees accepts responsibility for travel and/or accommodation costs or consequential losses incurred by prospective registrants as a result of any such cancellation.
Networking at the Institute Fund Summit 2012 Asia
Networking is paramount to the success of the Institute Fund Summit 2012 Asia, and we take satisfaction in delivering a successful program with networking functions so you can connect with the key business partners you want to meet. Such opportunities are made available through group dinners and cocktail parties. By registering for this event, you agree that you will neither organize nor accept an invitation to participate in any sub-group meetings, dinners or functions that are designed to exclude other attendees, whose timing conflicts with the Institute Fund Summit 2012 functions.
